Oleh Savytskyi is a climate and energy policy expert at the Ukrainian Climate Network (UCN) and board member of NGO Ecoaction. He works with policymakers, public institutions, scientists, civil society groups and experts to advance reforms in areas of energy and environment in Ukraine. His main focus is decarbonisation of the power sector and heavy industry, as well as reduction of air pollution.

Philip Emmerich has worked in European affairs for the energy sector and as a lecturer and researcher at the Chair of Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) at Technische Universität Berlin. His research is published in internationally recognized journals, such as the Journal of Energy Policy (JEPO) and Technological Forecasting & Social Change (TFSC), and featured in the Science for Environment Policy service by the Directorate-General for Environment of the European Union.

Joelle Thomas is an energy transition consultant based in Paris, France. She has spent the last ten years advising governments on topics at the intersection of energy and economic development across the United States, Middle East, Europe and Africa. Views expressed are her own.

Sarah Jackson is a second-year master's student focusing on climate policy at the Hertie School in Berlin. Previously, she worked as a policy staffer for Speaker Nancy Pelosi in the U.S. House of Representatives advising on climate and energy issues.

Michael Davies-Venn researches global environmental governance. A policy analyst, he puts emphasis on climate mitigation and climate adaptation measures within the Paris Agreement. A communication professional, his political commentaries address climate change topics, including European decarbonisation, Paris Agreement implementation between developed and developing countries and human rights. He has studied and worked worldwide and is presently a Guest Researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
